Chad E. Becker CCM General Manager
With over 22 years in the Private Club Industry, Chad has previously worked with clubs in Texas, Georgia and Connecticut. Chad grew up in South Dakota and graduated with honors from Huron University. With family in Wyoming, South Dakota and Colorado, a return to home was important for Chad and his wife, Shelly. They look forward to enjoying the outdoors, giving back to the community and to working with the Team at 3 Creek Ranch for many years. Chad’s significant experience and accomplishments in the private club industry have merited him a position on the senior leadership team for the World Club Championships of Golf, the largest amateur golf tournament in the world. Events were held at Reignwood Pine Valley Golf Club near Beijing, China in 2008 and at the Club at Nine Bridges in Jeju, South Korea in 2011. |

Mike Connaughton – Director of Membership Sales
Although a recent transplant from Southern California, Mike grew up in South Bend, Indiana, and graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington. It was the chance to play professional beach volleyball on the AVP Tour that led him to Southern California, but it was an eventual career in the private club industry that convinced him to stay. Mike has amassed nearly a decade of private club membership sales experience, mostly recently at Vellano Country Club in Chino Hills, California, where he served as Director of Sales & Revenue. Prior to that he served as Director of Sales at Marbella Country Club in San Juan Capistrano, California. Besides being a rabid Notre Dame football and Indiana basketball fan, Mike is an avid golfer, hunter and hiker, and looks forward to exploring the area around Jackson. |

Greg Glover, PGA – Head Golf Professional
Greg joins our team at 3 Creek Ranch Golf Club from Alabama. He is a native of the state and attended the University of North Alabama. He has been in the Private Club sector for over 20 years and has spent the last 12 years as the Head Golf Professional at Turtle Point Yacht and Country Club in Killen, Alabama. Greg shows great strength in customer service and teaching. He is an accomplished instructor of the golf swing, but specializing in the short game is his niche. His efforts have produced four SEC golfers and numerous other collegiate players, some of which have achieved All-American status. In his time away from the Club, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and their two young children. |

Marcel Beauclair – Executive Chef / Director of Food and Beverage
Marcel is a native of Seattle, WA, and worked at many exclusive private clubs in and around the Seattle area. His professional history includes time at The Bellevue Club, The Seattle Tennis Club and, most recently, The Sahalee Golf and Country Club just outside of Seattle. Sahalee hosted the 1998 PGA Championship and the 2001 NEC World Golf Championship. Outside of his professional time Marcel is an avid skier, hiker and climber. |

Robert Mack - Food and Beverage Manager
Robert is originally from Knoxville, TN and is a graduate of The University of Tennessee. He moved to Jackson in 1998 and bought a home in Victor where he resides with his wife, Lisa. He has been in the food business since he was 16 years old, in grocery stores, restaurants, hotels, clubs, or some combination of those. Since moving to the Jackson area he has been the Director of Food & Beverage at Spring Creek Ranch and Teton Springs Golf Club. As the General Manager at Jackson Whole Grocer for five years he was instrumental in developing it into the leading marketplace for organic and natural foods in Jackson. His interests include hiking, backpacking, running, exercise, photography, music and reading. |

Dan Tolson – Golf Course Superintendent
Originally from Billings, MT, Dan obtained his B.S. in Turf Science from Colorado State University. The son of Stock Farm (Hamilton, MT) golf course superintendent Don Tolson, golf course maintenance runs through his veins. Bringing golf course development experience from Red Sky Ranch in Vail, CO, Stock Farm, Snake River Sporting Club and Teton Pines, Dan has been an integral member of the 3C team since the early stages of construction. Dan enjoys spending his free time with his family (his wife Dancy and his four children, James-5, Ellie and Olivia-4, and Jonathan -6 months), and in the backcountry—hunting, fly fishing and skiing. |

Mark Binstadt – Director of Youth Services
Mark is a 15 year Jackson Hole resident, who moved west from Ohio to pursue his love for open space and passion for the mountains, rivers, and wildlife of Wyoming. Mark has coached Nordic skiing to children, taught adaptive skiing to all ages, guided raft trips down the Snake river, and been involved with a treatment center for troubled youth. His love of the area drove his desire to start his own wildlife touring business and most recently he has been educating others about the ecology, biology, history, and geology of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. When not at 3 Creek Mark most enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 year old daughter. |

Geanie Young-Eagens, M.Ed. – Director of Fitness
Geanie has an extensive background in health and wellness, business management and promotion. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Masters of Education in Sport Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She has served as a motivator, an educator and an assistant to many individuals in their life’s performance endeavors. Her 18 years of coaching, personal training and teaching a variety of classes are a great attribute to our Fitness Center. To broaden her expertise in golf fit training, Geanie will be attending the 2008 World Golf Fitness Convention this Fall and in December she will receive the TPI Certification from the Titleist performance Institute. As our Director of Fitness, Geanie is available to assist you in achieving your individual performance, fitness and wellness goals. |

Ed Jacques - Head Tennis Professional
Originally from Ohio, Ed received a tennis scholarship to Xavier University in Cincinnati and graduated just as the tennis boom began in the mid-70’s. After receiving his USPTA certification, he moved south and directed country club tennis programs in Atlanta and Birmingham. With a focus on junior development, he received the USPTA Alabama Pro-of-the-Year Award. During his time of training nationally ranked junior players, his son accepted a full tennis scholarship to the University of Georgia and went on to earn All-American honors his senior year.Ed continues to maintain and share his passion for tennis. He splits his time between Wyoming and Alabama. During the summer, he is the Head Tennis Professional at 3 Creek Ranch Golf Club and during the winter season, he teaches both adult and junior players, with his son, Eddie, at the Huntsville Athletic Club. Ed enjoys introducing young children to the sport of tennis. He also delights in working with players of all ages. Ed has been instrumental in developing 3 Creek’s tennis program into the exciting experience it is today. He truly considers “tennis the sport of a lifetime.” |

Jenny Spence – Director of Member Services
Originally from Kentucky, Jenny moved to Jackson in 2005 after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. She came to Wyoming to stay for a couple months, but was quickly won over by the scenery and abundance of activities. She joined 3 Creek Ranch in April of 2005 and spent two seasons in the 3 Creek Ranch Golf Shop. Jenny has since joined the Clubhouse team as Director of Member Services where she has implemented a concierge program. |

Brad Zolnowsky – Director of Engineering/Information Technology
Brad was born and raised in the Black Hills of South Dakota. He moved to Jackson in 1999 after completing his commitment to the National Guard. During his tour of duty as a helicopter mechanic, he attended South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and managed landscape construction. In 2005, the 3 Creek Ranch developers acquired him for both his computer skills and construction expertise. In addition to managing a variety of projects during the construction phase, he designed and implemented our voice, data and video and communications networks. With Brad’s wide array of talents, you are as likely to find him sitting in an excavator as you are behind his laptop. However, when the work is done, he and his camera disappear into the mountains and streams. |

Maureen Fitzgerald – Controller
Maureen joins us as the Controller of the 3 Creek Ranch Golf Club, making her responsible for all financial operations of the Club. She attended the MBA program at the University of New Hampshire and received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and French from Colby College in Waterville, ME, and Centre D’ Etudes European in Toulon, France. Maureen has worked in the Jackson Hole area for local developers and entrepreneurs for over 10 years and at Tyco International for 3 years. |

Jane Smith – Executive Secretary
Jane joined 3 Creek Ranch in July of 2006 as the Office Administrator for the Development Company. She is happy to make the move to Executive Secretary for the General Manager. She has years of customer service and management experience in both the travel and medical industries. While living in Dallas she was on the boards of several charitable organizations. Jane is known for her organizational and efficiency skills. She and her husband enjoy travel, fishing and reading. |
